Mazen attended IC until his graduation in 1990, he travelled to Canada for his BA from Concordia University.He came back to Lebanon and got his MBA from AUB. His love and passion for exceptional culinary experiences inspired him to create a series of restaurants like Cosmos rooftop in Bchamoun, Qatch and Marqet in Koraytem, and Biodistrict, in Manara, Beirut. He’s married to Roula El Zouheiri, an IC teacher of 11 years and a proud father of 2.
