Ramadan A Month Of Giving, Bringing Out The Best In People

Hunger is not an issue of charity; it is an issue of justice. It has so many implications on the society we live in and the way we consciously decide to conduct our lives. The man that feeds the poor, clothes the enfeebled or shelters the disadvantaged is doing the biggest deed to his society, whether he truly understands its impact or not. An inspirational group of people led single-handedly by the passion of Kamal Sinno (class of 1958) Founder and President of the Lebanese Food Bank (LFB), proves that the greatness of humanity is not in the wealth it acquires, but in its integrity and its ability to affect those around it positively

For those reasons, and for our commitment to serving the community we are in, we at ICAA embraced this great cause. Social responsibility at ICAA is part of our DNA and we take it dearly to our hearts to support any social initiative, especially if this initiative is a non-confessional and non-partisan organization, something we are missing dearly in Lebanon nowadays. ICAA supported the LFB in its Iftar held during Ramadan which was sponsored by another graduate we are proud of Mrs Rayya Haffar El Hassan (class of 1984)
